I made pork chops last night and was debating on how I was going to season them. A very simple way of meeting the gastronomic preferences of your family is to do a dinner multi-task. I placed a sheet of aluminum foil on a baking sheet, and made 2 variations of pork chops on the same sheet. I put BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Ray’s, to be exact) on 1/2 the chops and did an olive oil/herb sprinkle on the remaining 1/2. They turned out beautifully.
This isn’t a mind blowing solution…but something I’ve been doing for a few months after hearing “Awww…that’s what we’re having for dinner?”, one too many times as I’m slaving away in the kitchen.
I realize not everyone thinks the same dish is super delicious but refuse to become a short order cook. The dinner multi-task solves both problems with very little effort. Enjoy!
